By purchasing this travel package and participating in the associated WNBA game experience organized by The Gamecock Connection, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

1. Assumption of Risk:

You understand and acknowledge that your participation in this travel package and associated events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to travel hazards, accidents, illness, injury, and property damage or loss. You hereby assume full responsibility for any and all risks, dangers, and hazards that may arise during your participation, whether known or unknown.

 

2. Release of Liability:

You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Gamecock Connection, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or any of your property, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in this travel package and associated events.

 

3. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation in this travel package and associated events.

 

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Liability Waiver and Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Chosen State]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this waiver shall be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts located in [Chosen County, State].
